An engineer at heart. A CTO who builds.
I'm Stefan, a full-stack engineer and co-founder of DEVLEGION, based in Niš, Serbia. I build web products from the first architecture decisions to the details users interact with every day. My work spans travel, logistics, sports analytics and healthcare, primarily in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Since co-founding DEVLEGION in 2022, I've combined hands-on engineering with leading technical decisions, mentoring developers, and helping clients turn ideas into working products. Being a founder means thinking beyond the code: understanding what matters to the business, questioning assumptions, and knowing where to invest effort.
I'm still happiest solving a difficult problem alongside a good team. That might mean untangling a legacy backend, making a dashboard faster, or simplifying a workflow that frustrates users. I care about software that's useful, reliable and easy for the next developer to understand, and I take ownership of getting it there.
