LogiTrack: a fleet-operations platform from an empty repository
A trucking company needed one place to run its whole operation: vehicles, fuel, drivers, partners, invoices and documents. I designed and built the entire frontend from an empty repository.

The problem
Logistics teams live in their tools all day, and their screens are dense: fleets, fuel logs, employees, partners, clients, invoices and documentation, all linked together. A slow or inconsistent interface costs real time and causes real mistakes. There was no existing code. Every architectural decision would shape what the team could build for years.
What I did
- Architected the whole frontend: routing, data layer, state strategy, and the form and validation approach. These are the conventions the rest of the team works inside.
- Built the component system on Radix and shadcn/ui with Tailwind, so new screens are assembled rather than hand-built.
- Designed data-heavy interfaces with TanStack Table and Query for large, filterable, editable datasets that stay fast.
- Made forms safe by default with React Hook Form and Zod, so invalid data is caught before it reaches the backend.
- Worked closely with the backend and product teams so the business logic behaves correctly.
